Cut Art’s taco meat into 1⁄4 thick slices (or thicker, if you like). Place meat on one half side of an Art’s tortilla shell and fold in half. Place 2-3 toothpicks around edge to hold shell in half.
Heat oil in frying pan. When oil is hot enough, fry taco shell on one side until crispy and then turn over and fry the other side. Drain on paper towels. Pull toothpicks out and spread shell open. Layer with lettuce, tomato, cheese and Art’s Taco Sauce.
