Cook and crumble the Ground Beef in a frying pan and add taco spice (use more or less depending on your taste). Or you can cover the ground beef in water, crumble it up and boil it until cooked. Then drain the ground beef, and add taco spice and simmer. While ground beef is simmering, shred your lettuce and dice the tomato.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn oven off and place taco shells on a cookie sheet in the oven. This will protect them from burning and it should only take a few minutes to heat the shells up. Remove desired amount of shells and layer ingredients beginning with ground beef, Art’s taco sauce (Mild, Hot or Special Blend), lettuce, tomato and cheese.
